Newark Colts are continuing a successful season by reaching the semi-finals of the county cup and gaining representative honours.
A group of nine players recently played for Notts, Lincs & Derbys against Midland rivals over the holiday period.
They were: Mateusz Dogiel, Charlie North, Daniel Woodward, Nate Churchill, Harry Waterhouse, Fin Teal, Henry Allen, Conner Cnockeart, and Spencer Syme-Nicholson.
Their selection highlights the exceptional coaching and dedication at the club to nurture young talent.

Adding to the club’s pride, Syme-Nicholson (photographed) has been selected for the Midlands squad for further regional matches in the coming weeks.
Spencer is a former pupil at Highfields School in Newark and the club’s mini section before progressing through the juniors and now colts.

With the 1st XV squad having a weekend off, the colts and 2nds take centre stage this Saturday at Kelham Road (25 January).
The 2nds host Mosborough in a league match, kick off 2.15pm, while at 1pm, the colts host Kesteven in the semi-final of the county cup.
Thank you to all staff and volunteers for making the pitches playable last weekend following the recent floods.
We staged three games on Saturday to pack out the clubhouse once more.
