Newark Rugby Club is once again supporting both events to help raise important funds so we can continue to offer high quality rugby at all age groups in our local community.

The event dates are:

November 9th and 10th (Sat and Sun) Vintage Tractor Show
Tasks include Scanning tickets, payment for tickets, checking in exhibitors and campers

November 20th and 21st (Wed and Thu) Midlands Machinery Show
Tasks include parking, checking in visitors and exhibitors (no payments) and some smaller jobs

We have a full day of tasks to carry out, but we can break this into smaller periods to fit your availability. Let me know your available hours and on which day or days.

We would like to ask for your support again this year.

Due to there being a 1st XV home league match on Saturday Nov 9th, we hope some of you can help in the morning, nip home to change and then deliver a victory in the afternoon.
