We are a relatively large and popular Senior Youth squad which combines the U17's & U18's (6th form School / college years 12 & 13) we welcome new players and aim to provide an opportunity for all to take part in and enjoy the game of rugby irrespective of ability. At Newark RUFC we provide excellent coaching through our highly qualified coaching team (we are blessed with experienced and dedicated coaching team within the Colts). All our coaches oversee player development and are directed by the teams Head Coach providing structure & support.

Players are given the opportunity to continually develop their fitness levels through game based rugby activities whilst always having fun in a safe environment. All registered players get the opportunity to represent the club playing regularly for the age group against local clubs.

The Senior Youth section provides a critical link between Youth and Senior Rugby, we follow the RFU directives to transition young players at the right stage of their personal rugby competence, age and physical/mental development through to being ready and confident to play and enjoy senior rugby.

Newark prides itself on being a family orientated club, it offers a great social life with many events being run throughout the year which we hope you would become involved with, keep an eye on the Club website for details.
